WHat's the issue?

Every year, hunters and recreational shooters discharge billions of shotgun shells, a majority of which are loaded with traditional plastic wads. The average shotgun wad contains the same amount of plastic as a typical grocery bag. Because spent wads are nearly impossible to recover, thousands of tons of plastic are discarded on the landscape and in our waterways annually. Historically, there hasn't been a viable solution that offers the barrel protection and long range pattern results required for hunting loads. Now....

The hunting community has opportunity to reinforce our commitment to conservation environmental stewardship and lead by example by taking the next step in reducing negative environmental impacts of single use plastics.

Hunters have consistently proven to be leaders in conservation and have developed many tools and programs to protect and preserve our natural resources. It stands to reason we can lead the charge for the next major change, while continuing to protect and pursue our passions.
